While care is a big part of Samaritan Village and we do advertise our care services, we instead capitalize on the energy and positive emotions of what our community offers, highlighting what sets us apartment, as well as the the benefits available.
Samaritan Village’s brand personality can best be summarized as the confident, enthusiastic, popular friend. Our voice says, “We’re different and we know it...and we bet you’ll love it, too.” Our copy seeks to engage the reader and evoke a feeling of excitement about senior living and all the benefits it brings. It sings, “Brace yourself: this is gonna be fun!”
We market to a diversity of ages, necessitating strategic advertising within both traditional and modern advertising channels to ensure our message is effectively delivered to each demographic.
Our bi-annual Jazz, Wine and Chocolate events have become a staple of our ongoing outreach efforts.
Advertised in the local paper, on our website, via social media, and with a targeted postcard mailer.
Our annual Senior Resource Faire provides an excellent opportunity for residents and members of the outside community to learn about services available to seniors.
Email marketing campaigns are great for reaching our younger, adult-child influencer in addition to our more internet savvy adult senior clientele.
